Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Ellensburg, WA
Duration: 10 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Shift: Variable shifts (Days, Nights, Evenings)
Position Overview
A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to provide essential patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. The LPN will focus on delivering quality care, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting routine clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care and assist with daily patient needs
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Assist with procedures and routine clinical tasks
- Support patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and healthcare team
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and facility protocols
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required
Education & Licensure
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Washington or compact state required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA required
Schedule & Work Details
- Variable shifts including days, evenings, and nights
- 40 hours per week
- Potential for assignment extension
