Nikco Sports is seeking to fill a Retail Sales Coordinator position on our team. We are based in the exciting and ever-growing Chesterfield Valley and have a long history of providing customers with high quality, authentic sports memorabilia and retail merchandise. We work with some of the best manufacturers in the sporting goods industry and market products associated with the top athletes and teams. We also sell hot market items, exclusive Nikco Sports product, and retail items as a distributor to retail stores nationwide.

Description: Administrative role to support our inside sales team and coordinate all orders. Must be able to multi-task, have excellent attention to detail, and a strong desire to succeed. Experience is necessary. This is a fast-paced position that will require the candidate to hit the ground running. Compensation is negotiable and will be determined upon several factors including past experience, education, attitude, skillset, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
*Customer Service – phone and email
*Gather Information and Prepare Reports
*Prepare Call Lists for Sales Team
*Assist in Administrative/Operation Functions
*Establish Strong Relationships with Suppliers
*Negotiate Best Pricing and Lead Times
*Field Inbound Sales Calls During Promotional Times
*Assist with creating awareness of Nikco inventory to sell through prior to moving new product
*Gain an understanding of how our suppliers' businesses work and find ways to align with their direction
*Place Purchase Orders and Follow Up Through Delivery
*Invoice
*Create Sell Sheets and Presentations for Sales Team
New employees will receive thorough orientation and paid training as well as ongoing career development. We provide an upbeat, positive environment and, of course, fun and exciting products. We have a beautiful corporate headquarters in bustling Chesterfield Valley. The position is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and the dress code is business casual.
