We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Job Hours

  • Seasonal part-time and full-time position

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Plan and maintain work facilities
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Answer phones in an upbeat tone
  • Schedule service calls, maintenances, quotes and meetings
  • Generate/Send invoices
  • Make collection calls
  • Pay bills/vendors
  • Payroll
  • Process paperwork for employees hired and terminated
  • Process and organize incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process rebates, spiffs, reimbursements and warranties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Flexible with hours
