We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Job Hours
- Seasonal part-time and full-time position
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Answer phones in an upbeat tone
- Schedule service calls, maintenances, quotes and meetings
- Generate/Send invoices
- Make collection calls
- Pay bills/vendors
- Payroll
- Process paperwork for employees hired and terminated
- Process and organize incoming and outgoing mail
- Process rebates, spiffs, reimbursements and warranties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Flexible with hours
