Schedule: Full-Time | Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse – ICU Transition Program role offers a structured pathway for RNs transitioning from non-ICU roles into critical care. The program blends classroom instruction, simulation labs, and supervised clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with ICU standards

• Participate in structured transition education and simulations

• Demonstrate increasing independence in patient care

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary ICU teams

• Meet defined program milestones and competencies

Qualifications:

• Active RN license

• Minimum 6–12 months acute care experience preferred

• BLS required; ACLS within required timeframe
