Job DescriptionThe Valleywide Companies are expanding and looking for dependable Construction Laborers to join our crews. We complete a wide range of earthwork, grading, drainage, utility, and concrete projects throughout the Phoenix area. If you want steady work, a solid team, and opportunities to grow, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Shoveling, raking, trench cleanouts </li>
<li>Backfilling, compacting, and jobsite cleanup </li>
<li>Spotting equipment and assisting operators </li>
<li>Assisting with drainage, underground utilities, and site prep </li>
<li>Following all safety guidelines</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>
<li>Helping with forms, rebar, and prep work </li>
<li>Assisting finishers with pours </li>
<li>Mixing, moving, and placing concrete materials </li>
<li>Jobsite cleanup and material handling </li>
</ul>
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Reliable transportation to job sites </li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors </li>
<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license preferred </li>
<li>Construction experience is a bonus (not required, we train motivated individuals</li>
</ul>

<li>Can pass a federal background check </li>
<li>Can pass a drug test&nbsp;</li>
