HVAC Journeyman - The HVAC is a day shift position Mon- Fri 6:00 to 2:30 with some flexibility, but must be able to take occasional calls after shift.
Qualifications required for the position at the Energy Center would be as follows.
1. HVAC Journeyman card through the DOL or 8 years’ experience of Commercial and Industrial HVAC.
2. Must possess an EPA 608 universal reclaim certification
3. Must possess a State of Michigan mechanical contractors license passing the following work classification.
Section 2: HVAC Equipment
Section 5: Limited Heating Service
Section 7: Limited Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Journeyman must obviously be in good physical health, able to climb stairs, ladders, pick up objects and possess a valid Michigan drivers license. The position does require the journeyman to be PC literate and able to use email and some general software.
