Scope of Position
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. This person will act as a liaison with customers; schedule and coordinate service calls and installation, as well as work to resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face. Data entry and general clerical duties are also part of this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, detailed and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, record accurate notes, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers
- Scheduling Service and Installation requests for customers
- Communicate and work effectively with multiple teams
- Handle general clerical duties including audit of service invoices
Required Education and Experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practice
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different character types
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
