About Velazquez Pain Relief Center
Velazquez Pain Relief Center (VPRC) is a physician-led interventional pain management practice serving Southern and Northern Nevada. With four Las Vegas locations, one Reno location, and our newly opened Summit Surgical Center (ASC), we have built one of the most established and rapidly growing pain practices in the region. We are physician led at the clinical level and operate with a strong, supportive administrative team that handles scheduling, billing, and case coordination — so our physicians can focus entirely on patient care.
The opportunity
We are looking for an interventional pain physician to join our team and work across our Nevada locations, with full access to Summit Surgical Center for ASC-level cases. You will work alongside experienced mid-level providers and a dedicated support team.

What you'll do
Perform the full spectrum of interventional pain procedures, including epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulator trials, joint injections, kyphoplasty, and more
Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers within a team-based care model
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population across multiple Nevada communities
Compensation & schedule
$400,000+ annually
Base salary commensurate with experience · No call · No weekends · Full-time or part-time considered · Flexible scheduling, including 4, 10 hour days

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine (ABPM, ABA, or equivalent)
Fellowship training in interventional pain management
Nevada medical license in hand or in process
Experience with full-spectrum interventional procedures
Collaborative, patient-centered approach with strong clinical judgment
