Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking passionate SLPs, including Clinical Fellows (CFs) requiring supervision, to work on-site with supportive teams this summer. In this contract role, you’ll serve students at one dedicated school location—either Royal Palm School or Indian Ridge—eliminating the need for travel between campuses.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida provisional SLP license (Dept. of Health)
- Eligibility for fingerprint clearance (prior prints from FL schools may be verified)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Enthusiastic about working with PreK-12 students
- Not accepting SLPA candidates
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and families for optimal outcomes
- Collect data and maintain timely documentation per program standards
- Participate in team meetings, IEP discussions, and professional development
Work Schedule:
- Part-time: 22–26 hours per week, Monday through Thursday
- Choose between Royal Palm School (PreK-12, full days) or Indian Ridge (K-12, mornings)
- Program dates: June 10, 2026 – July 16, 2026
Additional Highlights:
- Supervision provided for CFs
- Non-itinerant placement—work at a single site only
