As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving revenue, and representing the company at national trade shows. Company is a leading importer and distributor specializing in lighting, tools, electronics, housewares, gift items, pet products, and more.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct warm calls to past clients to rekindle relationships and generate repeat sales (no cold calling).
· Promote and represent the company's diverse product catalog including lighting, tools, electronics, housewares, gift items, and more.
· Attend two annual trade shows in Las Vegas (End February/Beginning March and End July/Beginning August- All travel, hotel, and meal accommodations are covered)
· Leverage trade show opportunities to maximize client connections and boost company sales.
· Maintain accurate client records and product details in Excel, including adding photos and detailed information.
· Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
· Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, professionalism, and product knowledge.
· Identify opportunities for account growth and suggest new product offerings to clients.
. Enter manual orders from customers into the company system.
. No travel outside of tradeshows necessary
Requirements
· Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
· Strong computer skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; personable and professional demeanor.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (not required).
· Must be comfortable traveling to represent the company at trade shows.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Prior sales experience in wholesale, importing, distribution, or related industries preferred.
