Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist - Iowa
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist to help our partnered elementary school district in Iowa.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy to students in grades K-5
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop effective treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and accommodations
- Administer speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Support students with speech sound disorders, language delays, and social communication skills
Caseload Information:
- Grades: K 5
- Caseload: 20 students
- Focus on articulation, language development, and fluency
Job Details:
- Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week
- Pay: Competitive flat hourly rate, commensurate with experience
- Location: Virtual, school is based in Iowa
Minimum Requirements:
- SLP license in your state of residence, as well as Iowa
- ASHA CCCs
- Two years of school-based SLP experience
- One year of teletherapy experience
