Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Product Manager – Patient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to lead the design, development, adoption, and continuous improvement of its Patient CRM product suite. This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to deliver digital-first, compliant, and user-centric CRM capabilities that enhance patient and customer engagement across commercial, medical, and access teams.

You will drive product strategy, roadmap development, feature delivery, and user adoption while ensuring alignment with compliance, privacy, and regulatory standards in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Patient CRM product roadmaps, including features, timelines, and dependencies
  • Partner with Business Product Owners, Executive Leadership, and Technical Product Managers to deliver scalable CRM capabilities
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize enhancements based on value and feasibility
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support successful rollout of new CRM features
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business feedback, enhancements, and user requests
  • Drive experimentation and data-driven optimization to improve CRM functionality and adoption
  • Ensure CRM capabilities align with compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Medical, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience teams
  • Track industry trends and emerging technologies to inform CRM strategy and roadmap

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in product management or digital product operations
  • Proven experience owning product components end-to-end (strategy through execution)
  • Strong experience with product roadmaps, UAT, and feature rollouts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or highly regulated industries
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM or similar)
  • Knowledge of omnichannel customer engagement strategies
