We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) with deep B2C financial services expertise and a hands-on, performance-first mindset. This is a high-impact role that will lead paid media efforts across multiple channels and play a central part in driving growth.
What You Will Do
- As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will own paid media strategy and execution end-to-end. You will be inside the platforms daily, building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage budgets with precision to maximize efficiency and scale results.
- Diagnose performance anomalies in real time and implement corrective actions.
- Design and execute structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Ensure attribution accuracy and clean data pipelines through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker/Data Studio.
- Develop reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with compliance, creative, sales, and technology teams to ensure alignment.
- Optimize the full customer journey with funnel analysis, automation, and segmentation strategies.
Tools and Platforms You Will Use
- Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads
- Unbounce, Go High Level
- Canva
- CRM and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Trello)
- Hotjar, Invoca, Gong
- Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker/Data Studio
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience (Google/Meta certifications a plus).
- 5+ years of direct B2C paid media management experience in financial services, tax resolution, or other regulated industries.
- Proven success managing large budgets and scaling campaigns in competitive markets.
- Hands-on daily execution in ad platforms (not just agency oversight).
- Strong fluency in Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Experience with attribution models, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services.

Compensation and Benefits
- $80,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience
