Executive Assistant
This is a part-time (12-20 hours per week) position.
This is not a remote position and will be located in Spring, Texas (Houston, TX metro area).
Required in office hours will be: Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm with extra hours worked from home.

When faced with a project, you are able to manage all moving parts, and help bring our vision to life!
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for executives
- Assist the President in preparing agendas and handouts for various meetings
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with executive office supply inventory
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Assist the Owners family in personal or home matters, such as scheduling doctor visits, travel arrangements, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 year experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office and Google Drive knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office technology and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgement under pressure
- High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in business preferred
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Moderate computer, website, technology understanding
- Ability to work unconventional hours as the Executive team often does as well
Compensation & Benefits:
- The salary for this position is approximately $25-35 per hour, based upon education, experience, and certifications.
