Fraser is hiring a Program Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and supervision to assigned Supervised Living sites. The Program Manager will ensure continuous quality improvement in service development and management, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role also aligns with Fraser’s vision, policies, and budgetary parameters.
Job duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of supervised living service sites, providing supervision as needed.
- Be available as required, either on-site or electronically, to respond to emergencies and offer direction and support to staff and clients.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure all supervised living properties are well-maintained and safe.
- Implement staffing patterns based on client needs, while managing the staffing budget. Recommend adjustments to staffing to address changing client needs or budgetary constraints.
- Supervise consultative service coordination and health services for Supervised Living sites.
- Assist in the development and implementation of division policies, procedures, budgets, and quality assurance systems for Supervised Living services.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of service delivery methods that comply with current regulatory standards.

Location, Schedule & Pay:
- Office in Bloomington, MN
- Houses located in Plymouth, Brooklyn Park, and New Hope
- Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm; and after hours/weekend on call rotation
- The starting pay for this role is $62,000 to $67,000 annually depending on qualifications
What qualifications are required?
- BA / BS in human services or a related field preferred.
- Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP).
- Ability to pass certification course to administer medications and treatments (within 60 days of hire).
- At least three to five (3-5) years of supervisory and managerial experience, working with people who have intellectual/developmental disabilities or related conditions.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance required, especially MN Statute 245D, CRS licensing, and Positive Supports Rule
