As a Window Service Technician, you will be responsible for completing window and door repairs that are under warranty. Responsibilities: • Field Service Excellence:Deliver exceptional service to our valued customers by performing on-site repairs and maintenance. • Detailed Documentation:Ensure accurate and thorough notes are entered into service tickets. • Parts Management:Inspect, gather, and manage service parts inventory. • Timely Ticket Closure:Close out service tickets promptly and efficiently. • Customer Satisfaction:Strive for an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 85% or higher. • Inventory Management:Perform inventory checks and maintain stock levels.
