We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver & Homemaker to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centered care and support services to individuals in their homes. This position is essential for improving the quality of life for clients, including those with special needs or developmental disabilities, by assisting with daily activities, light housekeeping, and community outings.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Support & Caregiving

• Assist clients with daily living activities (e.g., doctor appointments, errands, ect).

• Support clients during weekly outings and appointments.

• Communicate ongoing care updates to clients' families and relevant parties.

• Collaborate with families to ensure personalized care plans.

• Maintain a safe, healthy, and supportive environment.

Homemaking & Housekeeping

• Perform light cleaning: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping.

• Clean bathrooms and kitchens to maintain hygiene standards.

• Handle laundry and change bed linens regularly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving, homemaking, or home health preferred.

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

• Knowledge of basic first aid practices is beneficial.

• Strong communication, empathy, and patience.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.

• Must have an active driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance (required for traveling to client homes and outings).
