Title: Cleared Administrative Professionals – Multiple Roles
Location: Laurel, Herndon, Chantilly, Tysons Corner, VA
Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Direct Hire

ALTA IT Services is hiring mission-driven administrative professionals to support high-profile operations within the Intelligence Community. We have multiple opportunities ranging from multi-functional support roles to high-level executive administration. Available Roles:

1. Support Technician (Support Generalist)

Provide specialized support across multiple service areas.
Interface with internal teams, leadership, military personnel, and other government agencies.
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service tailored to unique mission requirements.

2. Principal Support Administrator

Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate schedules.
Prepare for meetings, compile briefing materials, and coordinate logistics.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/Full Scope Polygraph clearance (no exceptions).
Minimum 4 years of administrative, customer support, or executive assistant experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree.
Prior experience supporting the Sponsor or other IC agencies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
