Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to leadership. This role also involves coordinating fundraising and board-related activities. Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience Location: Springfield, OR Duration: 2-Month Contract (Strictly Temporary) Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for board and committee meetings
  • Assist with fundraising activities, donor stewardship, and recognition events
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with leadership, board members, and donors
  • Support office operations, special projects, and events as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive support experience
  • Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant background required
  • Healthcare or fundraising experience preferred
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, Teams, Raiser's Edge, and Visio a plus

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
