Through strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals across the nation, we have developed a comprehensive formulary of pharmaceuticals focused on enhancing well-being. As a designated 503A pharmacy, we adhere to rigorous standards set forth by the United States Pharmacopeia, guaranteeing the highest quality in every prescription. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to become an integral part of our team and contribute significantly to our objective of advancing pharmaceutical modalities.
Position Summary: Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to
meet the organization’s current and future staffing needs. This role partners closely with
department managers to understand hiring requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies,
and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
About the Role:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening,
- interviewing and onboarding.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with transparent and timely communication
- and expectations, efficient scheduling and fast feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed,
- accurate job descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media,
- professional networks and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate
- records. Run reports as needed.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
- Manage Hallandale Pharmacy branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation
- as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and recommend
- process improvements.
- Stay up to date on employment laws, recruitment trends, and best practices.
- Conduct complete on-boarding process with new hires.
- Creating Talent Acquisition SOPs.
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and time management.
- Strong research and sourcing skills with AI, Linked and other sourcing sites.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently to make the best decision for the company and the candidate.
- High degree of confidentiality with candidates and company information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address issues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual preferred, not required.

Physical Requirements:
May include standing for extended periods (4 hours). Extended work may be required,
