The Role
We are looking for a proactive associate to serve as the backbone of our growth strategies, marketing and sales, operations. This role is dedicated to empowering our front-line teams through technology and high-quality resources. You will be an architect within our CRM and the creator of the tools our sales team needs to win.
The Sales Enablement Associate supports marketing and sales efforts by partnering closely with marketing leadership and internal stakeholders. This role requires attention to detail, openness to new ideas, and the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• CRM Administration: Serve as the lead administrator for Zoho, managing data integrity, optimizing sales workflows, managing segmentation data, and supporting pipeline reporting.
• Collateral Development: Design and produce high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Proposal Support: Assist with preparing pursuit templates and core material for proposal and RFP responses. Support teams in completion of high value proposals and RFP responses.
• Sales Training: Assist in preparing internal training materials and playbooks to ensure our team is equipped to sell evolving business models.
• Team Support: Act as the primary point of contact for sales-related requests, ensuring the team has the right materials at the right time.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 2–5 years of B2B marketing or sales operations experience
• Hands-on experience administering a CRM (Zoho experience preferred)
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and high levels of ambiguity
• Desire to continuously improve and be curious
• Highly adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment
