We are seeking an Accounting Associate to assist in. Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using Zoho Books.
Responsibilities:
- Review AP and AR transactions and reconcile to payments and deposits
- Manage current AR and AP and post related payments and receipts.
- Keep accurate records in accordance with accounting standards
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in AP and AR using Zoho Books
- Academic or professional experience in Accounting, AR, AP, and other transactios
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Able to work efficiently in a remote setting
