We are seeking an Accounting Associate to assist in. Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using Zoho Books.

Responsibilities:

  • Review AP and AR transactions and reconcile to payments and deposits
  • Manage current AR and AP and post related payments and receipts.
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with accounting standards
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in AP and AR using Zoho Books
  • Academic or professional experience in Accounting, AR, AP, and other transactios
  • Experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Able to work efficiently in a remote setting
