Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support K-12 students within multiple school settings in Washington, PA. This contract position involves working closely with educational teams to assess and address the diverse needs of students across various locations.

Responsibilities include conducting in-person psychological assessments, participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop effective interventions. The role requires flexibility to manage a K-12 caseload that may change depending on the evolving needs at each school. Travel between schools within the district or area will be necessary to ensure consistent support.

Qualified candidates should be prepared to:

  • Administer and interpret a variety of psychological assessments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Adapt caseload management strategies based on changing school needs
  • Participate actively in IEP development and review meetings
  • Communicate clearly with students, families, and staff to promote positive outcomes
