Position Overview:
With pickleball booming across the country and internationally, we're expanding our reach and looking for a high-energy B2B Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager to help us serve clubs, retailers, and pros across the nation.
What You'll Do
As a key inside sales team member, you'll drive B2B sales growth by connecting by phone with pickleball clubs, specialty stores, and coaching professionals. You'll be responsible for nurturing and managing continued sales with retail partners as passionate about pickleball as we are.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts to generate new Pickleball paddles, balls, nets, shoes, and other gear sales
- Manage, plan and execute Demo Days with a portfolio of dealers, club accounts, and pro partners
- Promote Selkirk's product lines, programs, and promotions to decision-makers
- Build trusted relationships with partners and ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline activity
- Collaborate with marketing to roll out campaigns and drive engagement
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and ability to close sales over the phone
- Sports/active lifestyle industry a plus
- Passion for pickleball or racquet sports—players and fans welcome!
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented
- CRM proficiency preferred
