Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 an hour depending on experience and credentials + bonus and spiff opportunities ( ability to make $75k-$85k total compensation annually, while some top performers make six figures)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with the ability to work rotating on-call shifts

Responsibilities:
- Clean, diagnose, adjust, and repair HVAC systems and accessories
- Identify and assess maintenance risks on equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Perform cleaning, adjustment, and repair tasks, including warranty services
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests
- Provide technical direction and on-the-job training when needed
- Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
- Assist customers with questions and guide the best equipment to meet their needs
- Properly document all work performed, findings, and recommendations in invoices submitted to customers
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, with a willingness to continue education in the HVAC field
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal, or the ability to receive within 30 days of employment
- Understanding of principles of heat transfer and airflow
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and to work in confined spaces
