A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, providing specialized behavior analysis services within a K-12 public school environment in Okatie, SC. This contracted role runs from August 2025 through June 2026 and focuses on delivering prehensive behavior support services to students across all grade levels.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and designing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student success. The BCBA will deliver direct behavior analysis services, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary school teams, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other team meetings is essential to ensure integrated and effective student support.
Ideal candidates will hold current BCBA certification in good standing, alongside a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with K-12 populations in educational settings is preferred.
