Pay starting from $69/hr up to $79/hr

\n\n

Choice between W2 or 1099 opportunities

No Non Competes in our contracts!

Qualifications:

\n\n

    \n\t
  • Must hold a Colorado Special Services Provider (SSP) License or be eligible to obtain SSP licensure immediately.\n\t
  • Must have prior school-based experience.\n\t
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills.\n\t
  • Knowledge of child development, behavior management, and counseling techniques.\n\t
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.\n\t
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to special education and student support services.\n\t
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to the well-being of students.\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n

    \n\t
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.\n\t
  • Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.\n\t
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement strategies to address students' needs and support their learning and well-being.\n\t
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.\n\t
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and crisis intervention strategies.\n\t
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to evaluate students for special education eligibility and contribute to the development of IEPs.\n\t
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school climate by implementing programs that focus on bullying prevention and social-emotional learning.\n\t
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school policies and regulations.\n
