As a Director Of Nursing / Registered Nurse (RN), here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Oversee clinical and caregiver services, ensuring top-quality patient care and regulatory compliance

• Lead and coordinate a team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides, and social workers to achieve patient goals

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain skilled clinicians and caregivers

• Ensure proper delivery of medical supplies and staff training on care procedures

• Assess patient needs, resolve issues, and maintain high patient satisfaction

• Manage financial resources to support quality care delivery

A few must-haves for a Director Of Nursing / Registered Nurse (RN):

• Active RN or BSN license in Florida and graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in home healthcare

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience managing caregivers and clinicians

• CPR certification required

• Strong knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards

• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
