Job Summary
The entry levelProject Coordinatorsupports branch operations by assisting with clerical, administrative, and accounting functions related to job management. This entry-level role plays a key part in the day-to-day office operations, including customer communication, billing, accounts receivable, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
What Youll Do
- Support project administrative activities from start to finish
- Provide professional customer service and communication
- Manage schedules accurately using office software
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
- Track projects and prepare reports
- Maintain project documentation across multiple software platforms
- Manage details for multiple projects simultaneously
- Respond to customer questions and concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage shared resources
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Issue and manage purchase orders and assist with accounts payable
- Work with temporary staffing agencies as needed
- Process and manage daily time records for payroll
- Attend meetings as required

- Perform additional duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
- 1+ year of office administration or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent data entry accuracy
- Experience with accounts receivable or billing
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems and office software
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, filing systems)
- This position is on-site and cannot be performed remotely 8am-5pm
