Job Overview
The Director of Marketing is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for building and executing Collabrios’ marketing function. This role defines how Collabrios shows up in the market—elevating our brand, driving demand, and supporting revenue growth across PACE, Government, and community-based markets.
The ideal candidate is a proven B2B healthcare marketer with deep expertise across brand, demand generation, and market engagement. This role requires someone who can shift seamlessly from crafting messaging to launching campaigns to leading industry initiatives, with speed, creativity, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM marketing strategy aligned with business goals, leveraging sales insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and industry trends. - Messaging and Positioning
Own Collabrios’ core narrative, value propositions, and brand identity. Ensure all messaging, including the company website, sales materials, and client communications is consistent, differentiated, and compelling across the organization. - Sales Alignment
Partner with sales leadership to deliver enablement materials, competitive positioning, and campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate conversion. - Demand Generation
Design and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns that build awareness, educate decision-makers, and generate leads across PACE, Government, and community-based markets. - Customer Engagement
Develop content, case studies, and communications that increase adoption, strengthen relationships, and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Industry & Market Leadership
- Lead Collabrios’ presence at?conferences, trade shows, and industry events?to reinforce brand leadership.
- Organize and manage?consultant advisory committees?to engage market influencers and strengthen positioning.
- Develop and host?client events, roundtables, and committees?that foster community, highlight expertise, and showcase Collabrios’ value.
- Brand Visibility
Elevate Collabrios’ market presence through storytelling, original content, PR, and executive visibility initiatives — positioning the company as the trusted leader in value-based aging services and compliance-driven care delivery. - Performance Metrics
Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs, including pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, brand awareness, and content engagement. Use data to optimize outcomes and inform decision-making.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 8–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or government solutions.
- Proven ability to build and scale marketing programs in high-growth or PE-backed businesses.
- Strong expertise in developing GTM strategies and translating them into messaging, website presence, and campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience leading industry-facing initiatives (conferences, client events, advisory boards).
- Exceptional skills in storytelling, positioning, and executive-level communications.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and campaign analytics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, client events, and market engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field a plus.
