Job Overview

Our nursing team operates in collaborative settings with robust interdisciplinary groups, emphasizing a patient-centered care approach within a diverse workplace. Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, the registered nurse applies evidence-based practices in line with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and directives from the medical staff. Utilizing their knowledge and skills, the registered nurse formulates a care plan that addresses the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families. In this position, you will engage with patients in a dynamic Ambulatory Surgery center catering to the outpatient population.


Qualifications

  • Active RN License in Connecticut.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and energetic individual capable of multitasking.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a willingness to undertake projects and tasks as needed by the department.
