Responsibilities
- Provide physical or occupational therapy services under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
- Support patient mobility, rehabilitation, and functional goals
- Monitor patient progress and document care in the EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active New York State license as a PTA or COTA
- Experience in hospital, outpatient, skilled nursing, or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Patient-focused, team-oriented approach
