Your Role
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all functions within the unit. Collaborating with the management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in line with established policies, serving as a vital resource for staff and enhancing the patient experience.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide customized, high-quality care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Work with subject matter experts and leadership to improve outcomes and services.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement.
- Help with staff scheduling.
About Our Department
- 18 beds with a 4-5:1 patient ratio.
- Caring for step-down ICU patients, cardiac cases, post-cath, chest pains, and telemetry monitoring.
- Located within a growing hospital with three simultaneous expansions.
- Gain valuable ICU experience.
Qualifications
- Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.
- Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.
- Must obtain Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of employment.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
