MRP is the center of Aesthetics eCommerce, located at the gateway to Park City, UT. We specialize in energy-based aesthetic devices and are expanding our national service and training network. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking experienced 1099 Aesthetic Clinical Trainers to deliver high-quality, on-site training to customers using our aesthetic laser systems.
Role Overview
As an Aesthetic Clinical Trainer, you will operate as an independent contractor responsible for conducting hands-on training sessions at customer locations. You’ll ensure that clients are confident and competent in the safe and effective use of their laser devices, supporting both clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, on-site training to customers on the operation, safety, and maintenance of medical laser systems
- Tailor training sessions to the customer’s clinical environment, device type, and treatment protocols
- Provide post-training support and follow-up to reinforce learning and ensure confidence
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, customer feedback, and device usage
- Collaborate with MRP’s service and sales teams to identify additional training or device needs
- Generate and submit accurate invoices for completed training sessions in a timely manner
- Represent MRP with professionalism, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in medical aesthetics devices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training style to various audiences (clinicians, technicians, practice staff)
- Comfortable traveling to customer sites and working independently
- Familiarity with energy-based devices and safety protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point, and digital documentation tools
Experience & Education
- Prior experience training on aesthetic energy-based devices required
- Clinical or technical certification in laser safety or device operation is a plus
- Minimum 2 years training, clinical support, or device education on aesthetic laser systems
Contract Details
- Status: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Location: Field-based; travel required to customer sites
- Compensation: Competitive per-training session rate & travel reimbursement
- Incentives: Additional compensation available for qualified device referrals that lead to acquisitions or sales
- Schedule: Flexible; assignments based on availability and demand
