Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced tube bender to join a growing manufacturing team on 1st or 2nd shift. This role focuses on safely and efficiently bending metal tubing while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and productivity.
Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Wage: $22 - $28/hr., depending on experience and shift
Schedule:
- 1st shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday
- 2nd shift: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the tube bender:
- Set up and operate tube bending machines and related equipment
- Bend metal tubing and components to print specifications
- Select tools, dies, gauges, and fixtures needed for each job
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and tolerance requirements are met
- Identify and remove non-conforming material
- Complete basic production and quality documentation
- Communicate with team members and support departments as needed
Requirements of the tube bender:
- Six months or more of metal tube bending experience
- Ability to read blueprints, process sheets, and measurements
- Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending, reaching, and grasping throughout the shift
- Ability to safely operate hoists, cart caddies, and manual pallet jacks
