We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team just outside of Short Pump, Virginia. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, organization, and delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate quotes to customers for parts and attachments upon request.

• Assist customers with shipping inquiries and ensure timely communication regarding delivery expectations.

• Support the sales team by preparing and sending brochures, product specifications, installation instructions, and promotional materials.

• Reserve equipment for customers requiring serial numbers or pre-payment before purchase orders are finalized.

• Help manage overdue accounts by assisting with collections and following up on outstanding balances.

• Process sales orders for various products, including attachments, parts, tracks, and warranty-related items.

• Ensure customer specifications and dimensions for attachments are correctly documented and provided as needed.

• Accurately input sales orders and verify all required information is included for seamless processing.

• Communicate expected delivery times (ETAs) clearly to customers to manage expectations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

• Experience in logistics or dispatch required, preferably in the manufacturing or warehouse industry.

• Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer inquiries with attention to detail.

• Ability to provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to support the sales team.

• Familiarity with basic shipping processes and customer follow-ups.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
