We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to join a busy onsite operations team. This Contract to permanent position supports a 24/7 call center environment and requires someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and respond quickly in a high-volume setting. The ideal candidate brings prior dispatch or call center experience and is comfortable coordinating service activity while delivering strong customer support.
Responsibilities:
• Support round-the-clock operations by working flexible shifts in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week call center setting.
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and service requests in a fast-paced dispatch environment.
• Assign and coordinate schedules, routes, or service responses based on operational priorities and availability.
• Communicate timely updates to customers, field personnel, and internal teams to keep activities moving efficiently.
• Monitor dispatch activity using computer-based systems and maintain accurate real-time records.
• Adjust plans quickly when priorities change, urgent issues arise, or coverage needs shift across different timeframes.
• Provide attentive customer service during every interaction while resolving questions and escalating concerns when needed.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including shifts that support a 24/7 operation.
• Previous experience in dispatching, call center operations, or a similar high-volume coordination role is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle fast-paced customer interactions professionally.
• Experience providing customer service while managing multiple requests and changing priorities.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including dispatch platforms or computer-aided dispatch tools.
• Ability to coordinate logistics accurately and make sound decisions under time-sensitive conditions.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Atlanta, Georgia.
