This position is focused on providing essential support to K-6 students, ensuring that each child receives the communication assistance they need to thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60-70 students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate effective communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to monitor student needs and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure and certification as a speech-language pathologist.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and requirements.
