Japanese manufacturing company is seeking entry level outside sales rep!

** Recent graduates are welcome!**

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for existing customers utilizing a wide variety of methods and approach.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and follow up with distributors and key decision makers.
- Manage entire sales process from initial inquiry, quote, samples, negotiations and payments to vendors and from customers.
- Regularly communicate with management team to review sales activities and status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales goals and status on deadlines.
- Active networking industry organizations and circles.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Recognize process of making drawing and spec which we should know when make drawing for customer.
- Keep management informed by submitting reports
- Update CRM and forecast

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL (Chicago)

Salary: $59K-$60K (Exempt)
