We are in search of an Executive Assistant to support 2 Chief Officers at a non-profit firm. The ideal candidate should be a high functioning Executive Assistant who will oversee day-to-day scheduling and coordinate activities. Responsibilities would include assisting in drafting communications, presentations, correspondences, coordinating complex meeting schedules, planning travel logistics, and liaising with project teams/staff.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide Executive Administrative support to Chief Officers, including expense reporting, managing projects/initiatives, coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and coordinate travel reimbursements, expense reports.
- Help manage communications, screen calls, answer inquiries, respond to/distribute mail
- Provide ad-hoc, hands-on support for various projects and roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Self-starter, quick learner with proven EA experience (minimum 5 years)
- Ability to provide administrative and project management support to senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess excellent organization skills with the ability to work proactively and independently.
- Excellent research, writing, interpersonal, and project coordination skills are required.
- Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
