Key Responsibilities:

Material Preparation: Assist in selecting and preparing materials for machining operations, ensuring they meet specified requirements.

Machine Setup: Support machinists by setting up machines, including loading materials and installing necessary tooling.

Tool Management: Ensure that all tools and equipment are available, properly maintained, and in good working condition.

Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and tools, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.

Quality Assurance: Assist in inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining support role is preferred.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
