Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Assistant to Financial Advisors to support a team of three financial advisors in their daily operations. This role involves handling new business processing, servicing client accounts, and preparing various reports. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and possesses strong interpersonal skills with experience in financial products such as investment accounts, retirement plans, life insurance, and annuities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new business applications and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Provide ongoing service and support for client accounts, including responding to client inquiries
- Prepare account reviews, client reports, and documentation for client meetings
- Maintain and update client information within the CRM and other systems
- Liaise with custodians, insurance companies, and product providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
- Support marketing and client communication efforts as needed
- Manage administrative tasks and help keep the advisors’ schedules organized
Qualifications:
· Skills:
o Strong organizational and time management abilities
o Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to navigate workstations, industry websites, and online platforms with ease
o Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
o Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
· Desired Experience (not required, but a plus)
o Prior experience in a financial services environment
o Knowledge of financial products, including: investment accounts, retirement accounts, life insurance, and annuities
