What This Role Looks Like (For Real)
- 20–25 hours per week on average
- Predictable, scheduled shifts — not “as needed”
- Two consistent weekdays (8:30am–6:00pm)
- Every other Saturday morning only (8:30am–1:00pm)
- No Sundays. No holidays.
- Transparency matters: There will be occasional weeks of up to 40 hours when covering vacations, PTO, or sick leave for teammates
