This role reports into our Macedon, New York Headquarters and manufacturing plant.
WHAT WE NEED
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic talent advisor and operational expert, independently leading full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across Baldwin Richardson Foods. This role will shape and execute talent acquisition strategies that strengthen BRF’s competitive position in the marketplace and reflect BRF’s CARE Values. Success will be driven by developing trusted relationships with business leaders, building deep expertise in external labor markets, and elevating the organization’s ability to attract, select, and hire top talent across production, production support, and professional functions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, offering consultative insights on talent availability, competitive intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and effective recruiting strategies.
- Own and execute advanced sourcing strategies through multi-channel approaches—including direct sourcing, pipeline cultivation, targeted campaigns, and community/social partnerships—to attract diverse, high-caliber talent for a wide range of roles.
- Elevate BRF’s employer brand by collaborating cross-functionally to enhance brand reputation, storytelling, and visibility in key talent markets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of BRF’s business strategy, operational objectives, and talent needs to proactively anticipate and address current and future workforce gaps.
- Act as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition best practices, influencing hiring teams on process optimization, behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and inclusive hiring.
- Ensure candidate quality and experience, owning the end-to-end candidate relationship from initial contact through onboarding, and serving as a steward of the BRF brand.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders across the organization, enabling you to challenge assumptions, advise on talent trade-offs, and guide decision-making with data and insights.
- Manage and optimize the candidate pipeline, continually refining sourcing channels and methodologies based on performance, market dynamics, and hiring goals.
- Lead and collaborate on enterprise talent initiatives, including process standardization, leadership capability development, talent brand enhancement, and pipeline-building programs.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting processes, identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and scalability within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Monitor and drive performance through data, meeting or exceeding key TA metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and Level of Service (LOS), and leveraging analytics to inform actions and recommendations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelors in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive talent acquisition experience sourcing and hiring for roles ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership, including technical or specialized positions.
- Demonstrated success serving as a strategic recruiting partner to business leaders, with the ability to influence, advise, and drive talent decisions.
- Proven ability to evaluate and manage external recruiting partners, including setting KPIs, assessing performance, and optimizing vendor relationships.
- Prior experience leading full-cycle recruitment in an internal corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, CRM tools, and social recruiting strategies.
