Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel Surgical First Assistant for a travel job in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty: Surgical First Assistant

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8 hours, days, flexible
  • Employment Type: Travel

ASAP START
** Must be proficient in: Neuro, Trauma, ENT and Robotics
EPIC, Davinci XI and Craniotomy experience is required

• General Information:
• Beds:
• 12 ORs
• 20 Pre-Op bays
• 14 PACU bays

• Required Experience: 2 years of OR - Level 1 or 2 trauma experience
• must hold one of the following certifications:
• CSFA (NBSTSA or NCCSA)

• SA-C, CSA or CRNFA (ASBA)

• Education Required:
• CST: associate degree in healthcare related field or graduate from accredited surgical tech program (Not required if nationally certified)

• SFA: Associate Degree in a Healthcare related field

• Skills required:
• CST: 2 years of experience with above mentioned case types; Davinci XI and Craniotomy experience is required for Trauma

• SFA: 2 years of experience with above mentioned case types
