Job Summary:

The Supply & Member Services Coordinator is responsible for managing all ordering and service coordination for ECM and Community Support (CS) members, as well as internal supply procurement. This role ensures that members' needs, such as approved supplies, services, and support items, are fulfilled accurately, in a timely manner, and in alignment with the policy. The position also supports internal operations by maintaining supply levels and coordinating with vendors. This is a highly detail-oriented, execution-focused, non-clinical role critical to operational efficiency and compliance.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process and fulfill non-clinical orders for ECM and CS members
  • Coordinate with care management teams to ensure alignment with care plans
  • Track all orders from request through completion
  • Ensure timely delivery and resolve issues as they arise
  • Maintain accurate logs of all member orders and requests
  • Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and audit-ready
  • Monitor turnaround times and follow up on delays
  • Identify and escalate missing or incomplete information
  • Order and maintain internal operational supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder thresholds
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Follow approved purchasing processes
  • Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain compliance with ECM and Community Support requirements
  • Assist with operational initiatives and program rollouts
  • Support process improvements and administrative projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or administrative coordination
  • Bachelor's degree Required

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.

Pay range$75,000—$80,000 USD
