This role places you at the heart of our Brand Creative team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to bring our products and services to life across all media channels, including paid media, social, street/out of home platforms, and more.
Role Description
As a Creative Production Manager at GFiber, you'll be instrumental in shaping and sharing our brand's story through the seamless execution of compelling content, including high-quality video, stills and other creative deliverables. You'll manage the entire production lifecycle, from concept to delivery, for both video and general brand creative deliverables (such as print and digital collateral, packaging, signage and specialized media production), ensuring every initiative is on time, within budget, and meets GFiber's high creative standards. Your expertise will bridge the gap between creative vision and flawless execution, working closely with agency partners and internal Copy, Media, Product, and Digital teams to ensure all content resonates with our mission and goals.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead the end-to-end production of video and creative content, from planning and on-set filming to post-production and final delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules for all creative deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with external agencies, production crews, and internal teams, to ensure a professional and seamless workflow for all projects.
- Develop and manage a network of freelance and agency partners to scale production resources as needed.
- Foster collaboration and provide consistent updates to cross-functional teams, including Finance and Legal, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely approvals.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film & Media or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in creative production, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
- Experience managing multiple complex creative projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization for video and design projects.
- Experience working with external agencies, vendors, and design teams.
It's preferred if you have:
- In-depth knowledge of video production workflows and the creative process.
- Experience facilitating internal talent for company videos.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for creative storytelling in a fast-paced environment.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $105,600 - $154,900 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
