DESCRIPTION:
Required Experience:
- Level I or Level II Trauma experience (required)
- Strong proficiency in circulating for surgical procedures
Requested Skill Set:
- Ability to circulate all service lines, including incoming trauma cases
- Adaptability to high-acuity and emergency surgical situations
Procedures Performed on Unit:
- All surgical service lines
Certifications:
- CNOR preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate for a wide variety of surgical procedures across all service lines
- Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in the operating room
- Assist with trauma cases and emergency surgeries as needed
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in applicable state
- Previous Operating Room experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform under pressure
