Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Department: JES Holdings, LLC
Supervisor Title: Marketing Manager
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5pm Hybrid 3 days in office
POSITION SUMMARY / PURPOSE
The marketing coordinator works to strategically develop and execute marketing initiatives to reach target audiences and support our customers in alignment with business objectives. This position utilizes research and analysis to develop targeted campaigns, including both copywriting and design. The coordinator is also responsible for digital strategy, including social media, website updates, digital vendor coordination, analytics tracking and reporting. Duties also include departmental logistics, such as support portal management, organization of media assets, order procurement, collateral production and marketing event support
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide strategic support to all functions within the marketing department
- Establish, monitor and analyze marketing KPIs via various CRM and analytics systems.
- Coordinate and track paid media efforts with internal clients and vendors.
- Implement communications-based campaigns, involving copywriting, content creation, platform management, etc.
- Assist in the design, layout and formatting of materials according to JES’ brand standards. Design materials including, but not limited to: social media posts, brochures and handouts, advertisements, presentation materials, event collateral and on-site signage.
- Research products, services and industry trends/developments to identify new opportunities.
- Project management of website maintenance and development with IT team and related vendors. Perform minor updates on websites.
- Manage production schedules and provide production support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS CONTINUED
- Maintain the department’s data, inventory, ticketing systems and collection processes, ensuring all data, content and images are up to date and new materials are created as needed. Develop and organize marketing’s knowledge base and training guides.
- Drive process innovation and efficiency creation. Ability to identify, implement and assess creative solutions utilizing various methods and channels.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick and eager learner adept with digital landscapes. Self motivated.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance and identify trends.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including: OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to develop creative marketing materials. Preferred experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
