The Bixby Eye Center is looking for a passionate Optician! If you love fashion, eyewear, and delivering great customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our growing team. You will assist patients in selecting eyewear, provide outstanding service, and support daily operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fun environment
- Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and styling advice
- Handle sales transactions and process orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing optical department
- Work closely with all team members including front desk, clinical, doctors and other opticians
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in optical retail preferred, and strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for eyewear, fashion and customer care
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
